Mary Jo Asmus has 25 years of wide-ranging experience with Fortune 500 business where she has enjoyed leadership positions in research and development, human resources, organizational development and global strategy and process. As a coach, she partners with corporate and business leaders and teams to inspire them to peak performance in leadership and communication effectiveness; assimilation of corporate vision and culture; resiliency during organizational change; and strategy, program, and process planning. She also enjoys success coaching professionals in career transition and those starting or desiring to make a change in a small business.

Her clients are motivated leaders, professionals and teams who say that Mary Jo's energized coaching style brings clarity of purpose to complex situations and inspired action. She feels strongly about the role of integrity and ethics in her coaching practice.
Mary Jo has been trained by Corporate Coach University and is a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and is on the steering committee for a regional ICF chapter.
Mary Jo is a lifelong devotee of music and dance, with a particular affinity and commitment to classical ballet. She does volunteer work for and leads charitable efforts on behalf of a ballet company.
