Bauman
Nicholas Bauman is a seasoned Executive Coach and Management Consultant with over twenty five years experience working with individual and corporate clients. He provides focused listening, appreciation for complexity, humor, and insight while encouraging the pursuit of self-discovery, change mastery, and leadership development.
Nicholas brings to coaching an experience well grounded in understanding business and corporate problems, as well as an appreciation for personal and group dynamics. He has managed several international companies and has had significant experience developing and leading cross-cultural teams. His career started in the behavior science field - teaching organization development at a university level, coaching executives, and working in the area of mental health care while receiving psychoanalytic training. Subsequently, he segued into business where he held CEO and Managing Director positions for several enterprises. He has consulted in areas of business and human resource issues with Fortune 500 companies, as well as with multilateral organizations.
His passion is working with transformation processes - both individual change and team development - to better achieve personal and business goals.
His educational qualifications
include an M.S. [Hopkins], M.Div. [Chicago], and an MBA [Hopkins]. He is a
graduate of Coach University, Corporate Coach University, and is a Professional
Certified Coach by the International Coaching Federation. Additionally he
is a Certified Professional Behavioral Analyst with TTI Performance Systems.
He is bilingual English/Spanish, and can defend himself in several languages.
Nicholas is a board member of Peoples, Tribes, & Nations – a micro-enterprise
initiative working in the Amazon Rainforest. He is married with five children.
