Pat Coffey

Patrick, a Rochester, NY native, holds degrees in Chemical Engineering and Industrial Management from Clarkson University. His 25-year career with DuPont involved a number of technical and management assignments, culminating in an assignment as an internal consultant for Organizational Effectiveness. This role involved training and development, executive coaching, team coaching and drew heavily on his management and supervisory experience.

Patrick became certified to lead several Dale Carnegie courses, which he still enjoys instructing. He gained five years of experience in sales working for the Dale Carnegie organization before deciding to become a full time coach. He has been coaching full time since 1998. Corporate clients have included Eastman Kodak Co., Rochester Gas & Electric, and a number of small local companies. Patrick has also enjoyed coaching individuals for personal as well as professional growth

He is a graduate of Corporate Coach University, Int'l, and currently leads teleclasses for that curriculum. He has received the designation Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from the International Coach Federation.
