Crawshaw
Rick is an executive at a Fortune 200 company, where he has worked for over 30 years. He started his career as an engineer, but quickly discovered that his true love was working with people. He has held management positions in sales, marketing, development, and manufacturing. He has been a general manager of a fast growing global multi-hundred of million-dollar business and has run several start-up businesses within his corporation. He coaches in the evenings and on the weekends.
Rick has a BS in Chemical Engineering and an MBA in Marketing Management. He attended the Executive Development Program at the Wharton School. He is a graduate of Coach U's Coaches Training Program, the largest coach-training institute in the world.
Rick has been happily married for over 29 years and is the proud father of three great sons. He is active in his church. He recently completed his first marathon (after not running for over 30 years)--as a result of a challenge from his own personal coach.
Rick's greatest joy has been, and continues to be, helping other people to reach their dreams---both personally and professionally. He believes that people can accomplish amazing things--in the right atmosphere and surrounded by the right support structure. He loves to help people learn to be excellent leaders--both of their own life and of others they may have the opportunity to lead.
Rick is excited about taking his many years of experience across a broad range of business areas, and using these experiences and his love for people to help them achieve success in their personal and professional lives.
