Susan Davidson is an Executive Coach and Consultant who specializes in improving the business performance of both Americans and non-Americans in the U.S. workplace. Susan has worked with companies for more than 20 years to help their employees, salespeople and distribution channels achieve measurable goals and business results.
Following a five-year career in TV journalism, Ms. Davidson spent 14 years with a multinational corporation selling, developing and implementing customized performance improvement programs for Fortune 500 clients.
For the past eight years, Ms. Davidson has managed her own independent performance consulting, training and coaching practice in Atlanta, Georgia. She serves large corporations, small businesses and entrepreneurs.
Susan Davidson attended Tulane University and graduated from the University of Missouri with Bachelors degrees in Journalism and French. She completed MBA courses at Rockhurst College and is a certified trainer in sales, negotiation and performance management courses. She has successfully completed courses at the International Coaching Federation and Corporate Coach University International.
Ms. Davidson is Vice President, Community Relations for the Georgia Coaches Association and a member of SHRM- ATLANTA (Society of Human Resource Management), the National Speakers Association Georgia Chapter and SIETAR-USA (Society of Intercultural Educators, Trainers and Researchers).
Ms. Davidson has published several articles and delivered workshops on her groundbreaking research regarding foreigner "corporate culture shock" in America. She is also a featured speaker for human resource, international and civic organizations.
