Shelley Dropkin

Shelley S. Dropkin has provided executive leadership, strategic planning, staff management, organizational effectiveness, employee development, and individual-based coaching and consulting services for over 20 years. Possessing an innate understanding of human dynamics, as it relates to team systems, management processes, employee satisfaction, and performance enhancement, Shelley has designed and implemented effective business solutions which have directly and measurably impacted organizational success.

Shelley's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Education, a Masters in Special Education, a Certificate in Advanced Graduate Studies in Personnel Administration, and is a graduate of Corporate Coach University. She was a member of Alpha Lambda Delta and Who's Who in American Colleges and Universities.
