Ted Isensee

Ted Isensee coaches executives, managers and professionals reaching for a higher level of performance, and a satisfying balance between their personal and professional lives. He has coached individuals and led seminars at companies such as Dowell Schlumberger, Lucent, Avaya, Cigna Dental, and Pfizer. One of his coaching specialties is administering and debriefing assessments that assist clients in improving performance and job fit.

Mr. Isensee leads coach-training classes for Coach University and has served as co-host of the Houston Chapter of Coach University. Prior to entering the coaching field he worked as a CPA for one of the leading accounting firms, Deloitte & Touche, and as a financial executive for corporations in the computer industry, health care, and others.

He earned his BA degree in Sociology at the University of Texas in Austin, followed by a Master’s degree in Accounting from the University of Houston. Mr. Isensee enjoys facilitating success in business and in life.

In addition to his coaching career, Ted has facilitated quality management teams for an industry leader in health care, Harvard Community Health Plan. Transformational technologies and group dynamics have been a continuing interest to him throughout his career. He suspects that being a middle child from a family of nine children may have been the catalyst for such interests.

Ted lives in the Houston area with his wife and two adolescent sons, who occasionally present him with opportunities to practice transformational technologies.
