Debrah
Martin, PCC
Debrah Martin is a well-known coach and speaker who has many years experience
in both the public and private sector. Debrah, an action-oriented professional
who coaches in several languages, is the Ontario Chapter Host for Coach University
and has her Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credentials from the International
Coach Federation. She is also a certified practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic
Programming (NLP) and Time Line Therapy and the author of "Stars in Life:
coaching kids to success". Debrah is currently working on her Ph. D.
in Leadership at Andrews University in Michigan.
Debrah is passionate about people and believes strongly that each person has
an obligation to fulfill his or her potential. She sees possibilities that
others may miss -- and she is dedicated to helping her clients find the options,
decide on the best course, and go for it!
From her experience in large organizations, Debrah is aware of the effect
of constant change on the organization and its employees. She works with the
people in the organization to make change, one person at a time. Her vision
is to have a positive impact on people, the organization's most valuable asset,
and to support their adaptation to the new workplace.
