Morson, MBA
Sanda Morson’s business background includes executive coaching and consulting
for the past 15 years. Following 6 years banking experience in corporate finance
and venture capital she completed the MBA at London Business School in 1988.
She then joined the Hay consulting Group where she managed the delivery of
large integrated Human Resource projects. These projects included human resource
and reward strategies, organisation and role design, performance management
and behavioural competencies (based on McBer and Emotional Intelligence).
Her work at Hay was recognised for the highest standards of quality and integrity.
She established her my own business in 1995.
Sandra provides executive development and coaching to leaders and future leaders
in large organizations. Her work is closely linked to both the strategic business
priorities and the leadership models of the businesses that she works with.
