Jeff Perkins

Jeffrey R. Perkins, CEO of Emerging Dynamics, LLC, has a passion for helping professionals, in private and public sector organizations, unlock their potential and become more effective. With over 15 years of diverse corporate, sales and entrepreneurial experience, he leverages his expertise by helping organizations enhance their leadership talent for a competitive advantage. He applies practical experience with a coach approach to his professional relationships. His unique background enables him to skillfully combine elements of solid business-based practices to help individuals and organizations discover sustainable solutions to leadership and organizational challenges. His experience in engineering and technology environments gives him a unique perspective on how people and organizations function effectively to increase quality and efficiency for the competitive advantage. Jeff balances technical business needs with process pragmatism to help professionals achieve maximum performance levels for themselves, their teams, and their customers. He assists people in creating personal and professional goals along with manageable realistic action plans for achieving those goals.

Jeff received training in coaching from The Schools of Coachville and is a member of The International Association of Coaches. He has a BS in engineering from the Rochester Institute of Technology and is a United States Army Veteran. Jeff is certified as a Project Management Professional by the Project Management Institute and is a licensed Professional Engineer. As an organizational problem solver, he relies heavily on his strong communication skills and extensive hands-on experience.
