Tracy Stevens is an Executive, Corporate Leadership Coach & Management Consultant, who works with Organizations, Executives and Individuals in the public and private sectors, with a focus on improving communications & business effectiveness of leaders, teams and individuals. For more than 30 years, Tracy has coached people around the world helping them to believe in themselves and create the professional and personal success they desire. Her specialty is effective verbal and written communication. Tracy holds the credentials of Master Certified Coach from the International Coach Federation, & Certified Corporate Business Coach from Corporate Coach U.

Trained in professional coaching by Corporate Coach U International, Coach U, The Center for Creative Leadership, The Experiential Learning Center and CoachWorks International, Tracy utilizes a two-day Coaching Clinic© to introduce corporate leaders to a process for blending leadership and coaching skills to create extraordinary results with their teams. She is licensed to deliver a variety of leadership programs and holds a Level 2 Certification / License for Legacy Leadership Institutes©.

Tracy is an internationally known business coach and public speaker that has worked throughout the United States, Canada, Australia, Asia and the United Kingdom. She has co-authored “The Success Circle – Four Styles to Championship Communications”, and is a contributing author to the book “Achieving Extraordinary Success as a Coach”, a collection of best practice building strategies.

In addition to her Corporate / Business Coaching practice, Tracy holds leadership positions with International Coach Federation (ICF) based in Washington, D.C, is the immediate past-president of the Rochester, NY Chapter of the ICF. Tracy also holds the positions of Director of Student Affairs & Faculty member for Corporate Coach U’s Corporate Coaching Program where she trains Executive & Business Coaches worldwide. She is a member of Christian Coaches Network and volunteers with Junior Achievement.

On a personal note, Tracy is married for over 30 years and has 2 adult sons. She enjoys reading, golf and boating.
